organization
In Europe, the customer support call
dispatch, administration and management functions
operate from the company's UK and Germany offices.
In North America, the customer support call
dispatch, technical and distributor support,
administration and spare parts management are
centralized at the company's Richmond, BC and San
Jose, CA facilities. Field support people are
strategically located throughout the United States
and Canada.
In Asia Pacific, product support,
administration and management operations are
centralized from the company's Tokyo office.
Throughout this region, Océ Display Graphic
Systems has dealers and distributors responsible
for the direct sales and support of our products.
